Q: What does OOAK mean? A: OOAK means one of a kind - simply put, if I refer to a webset as OOAK, that is the ONLY webset that I will create like that. NO ONE ELSE will ever have the same webset.....EVER! The webset will be OOAK, the graphics however are not. The bulk of the graphics I use to create websets are taken from my graphics collections that are available for sale on my website. Others are created specifically for you - by request!Q: Do you set up the graphics on my site?
A: No. I am strickly a graphics gal - I create the graphics & send them to you when they are done. Sorry! :o)Q: How can I pay you? A: If you live in the USA, you may pay via Money Order, or
if you live outside of the USA, you can pay via Paypal.
I am a premier member, so I can accept credit cards, e-checks, paypal balance & bank transfer!
Q: Where do you find all the graphics that you use in the websets & collections & such?
A: EASY! I find them all in my head! :o)
The graphics that are on my website I create from scratch.
Meaning, I get an idea, I draw them,
then color them, then use them for websets,
avatars, siggys, collections...etc
They are my own idea's & creations.
Sometimes I will use "real life" pictures in websets,
but they are always mixed with my mouse drawn graphics :o)Q: I want to make labels to put on my candles & fixins, do I need to purchase a Commercial Use License? A: No. My Graphics are now COMMERCIAL LICENSE FREE!! You can resell them, use them to create crafts, websets, other graphics...ANYTHING WITHOUT needing a commercial use license!!
Q: How did you come up with the prices you set for your graphics? A: I think I have priced my graphics affordably, so that anyone can purchase them. I put alot of time & effort into creating graphics, more than alot of people realise! I think the prices reflect the time & effort I put into them! :o)
Q: I don't need a webset, I don't need a graphic collection.
All I need is a graphic
that I can use on a label & business card. Can you do that?

A: Yes I can! I can burn your graphics to disc, and mail them directly to your house. Cost is just $5 - for the disc& for shipping! :o)
Q: If I need help with the graphics, can I call you or you call me on the phone? A: If you need help with the graphics, I will do everything I can to help you thru email, but I'm sorry, I will not be able to help you by phone :o)
Q: I saw one particular graphic in one of your collections that I want. Do I have to purchase the entire collection just for that one graphic? A: Email me! Maybe we can work something out! :o)
Q: Do I have to link to you on my website?
A: If you use my graphics, all I ask is that you put at the very least a
text link on your site that points to Primlicious.com.
Surely thats not too much to ask, is it?Q: Will your websets work with the various website builders that are out there? A: Yes they will! As long as you tell me who you have your site with, I can name the graphics so they are compatible with whatever website builder you are using! :o)Q: I had purchased a webset from you in the past, or I am thinking about purchasing one. What if I need extra graphics down the line? Will you charge me? A: For extra category buttons, no, I do not charge. If you want extra banners, backgrounds, avatars....etc, in those cases yes, there is a small charge involved - the price of course depends on what exactly it is you want!Q: I want you to use a font that is'nt listed on your site, will you be able to use the one I want?
A: You will have to let me know which font you want me to use. If I don't have it, I will try my best to find it for you!Q: The graphic I really want I don't see on your site anywhere, would you be able to create it for me?
A: Yes! Actually most of what I do is custom work. So if there is any graphic you want that you do not see on Primlicious.com, email me about it! :o)Q: If I purchase one or some of your graphic collections, can I change the graphics? I mean, erase parts or cover over parts & put graphics made by other people on them?
A: NO! You MAY NOT cover over any part of my graphics so you can put someone elses work over it. I worked too hard on the graphics to see them erased for someone elses work! Doing so is a violation of my Terms of Use!!You can however mix graphics. Meaning you can use a graphic of mine & use it with a graphic created by someone else -
